Requirement Upon Purchase
Participants are required to attend all sessions by Zoom listed below. There are seven total sessions and each run from 9:00am-1:00pm EST.
December 2nd and 9th
January 6th and 20th
February 3rd and 17th
March 3rd
Participants will get an email with access to their Zoom registration. Access to the learning path content will occur on the first day of the virtual sessions, December 2nd.

Access to Data for Transforming Workplace Culture Included in every certification are pre- and post-surveys allowing consultants to lead organizations in assessing their progress and embracing a strengths-based culture transformation, alongside key benchmarks crucial for measuring shifts in organizational culture.
Visibility Successful participants will be featured on the VIA site as verified consultants.
